- Account details such as name, email address, and encrypted password.
- Book request data, including prompts, selected languages, regions, and exported content metadata.
- Billing identifiers and subscription metadata needed to work with Stripe.
- Operational data such as timestamps, request status changes, and reaction activity.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate the platform and deliver generated books and exports.
- To manage accounts, plans, privacy settings, and billing state.
- To secure the service, investigate misuse, and maintain reliability.
- To communicate service-related notices.
3. Billing and Payment Processing
Payment details are handled by Stripe. Zeitbook stores the Stripe identifiers and subscription metadata necessary to support checkout, renewals, upgrades, and subscription state sync.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, and payment processing, but only to the extent needed to operate the service.
5. Public and Private Content
Some books may become visible in the public catalog depending on plan rules and privacy choices. Content marked public should be treated as publicly accessible.
6. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
