By accessing or using Zeitbook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Zeitbook to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse payment systems, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or other users' accounts.

4. Generated and Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the prompts, metadata, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use that content with the service.

5. Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and plan limits are shown at checkout and may be updated for future billing periods. Upgrades may be prorated immediately. Lower-cost or shorter-interval changes may take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create legal, security, or payment risk for the service.

7. Service Availability

Zeitbook is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of all content, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeitbook and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
